Personal Credit Repair

The Client shall provide timely and reasonable assistance in an attempt to improve credit. This includes: provide all accurate personal information, submit all correspondence received from credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) within 10 days of receiving any information, and adding 1 or more lines of credit (Installment, Revolving or Mortgage) to facilitate his/her credit improvement. The Client will not have any new late payments or collections reporting on their credit bureau from the date of service.  Any one of these items not accomplished by the Client will make the credit repair process less effective, thus making credit improvement impossible.

You may cancel this contract, without penalty of obligation, within five (5) days from the date the contract is signed. If you cancel, any payment made by you under this contract will be returned with ten (10) days following receipt by the sellerr of your cancellation notice.
